Can I trust the colors I see on my computer monitor/cellphone/Ipad?

No!

Well then, how am I supposed to figure out what the colors are?

On many rugs we have one foot square samples to send out that will give an excellent idea of color, pile, texture, etc. On some rugs we have sample thread packs to send. On other rugs samples are not available but you could order a small size like a 2 by 3 and then return it. Still others involve a lot of finger-crossing. Call us for details.

Should I bother with a rug pad?

Yes! On a nice hand knotted wool rug the best way to improve longevity and reduce wear is to use a high quality pad. You can pick one up locally or you can get one from us, but whatever you do get one that is high quality. A cheap quality pad is bad news. Protect your investment!

Are your rugs in stock?

There are lots of rugs in stock, but they come and they go. Consequently, the lead times are all over the board. The best thing to do is to call us with the rug style and size you want and then we'll check stock and figure out where we are at.

What about shipping?

Small rugs typically ship UPS ground, larger rugs go by truck. We are happy to give ship quotes prior to ordering. We'll need to know your zip code and whether it is going to a business or a residential address.
